Privacy policy

To give you a GateKeeper license we keep: your first and last name, company, country, mobile phone and e-mail address, and an identifier of the GateKeeper server computer.

Each day, GateKeeper sends technical information about the installation: Windows and GateKeeper versions, number of controllers, doors, users, operators and events. No name, card, code or event of the people registered in GateKeeper is sent.

This information is used only to manage your license, inform you of updates and show you messages about GateKeeper. It is kept in the European Union (Google Cloud, Belgium) and never sold.
